Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Zentra Tech Limited website. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Zentra Tech Limited

Zentra Tech Limited is a Hong Kong-registered company (Business Registration No.: 40208200) engaged in the sale of technology products including satellite internet equipment, enterprise-grade unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and robotic appliances through parallel import channels.

2. Parallel Import Disclosure

Products sold by Zentra Tech Limited are sourced through legitimate parallel import (grey market) channels. This means:

  • Products are genuine and authentic items from the original manufacturer.
  • Products may not carry a manufacturer's warranty valid in Hong Kong or your jurisdiction.
  • Zentra Tech Limited provides its own 90-day store warranty in lieu of any manufacturer warranty.
  • Products may be configured for markets other than Hong Kong (e.g., frequency bands, power specifications, language settings). It is the buyer's responsibility to verify regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction prior to purchase.

3. Regulatory Compliance

Certain products (particularly drones and satellite communication devices) may be subject to licensing, registration, or operational restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. Zentra Tech Limited accepts no liability for any penalties, fines, or losses arising from non-compliant use.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before dispatch.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Zentra Tech Limited is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or force majeure events. Import duties and taxes applicable in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

Product names, logos, and trademarks (including Starlink, DJI, SpaceX, and others) remain the property of their respective owners. Zentra Tech Limited is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any of these brands.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Zentra Tech Limited's total liability to any customer shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
